Please book as early as possible: this is a single, shared, live calendar booked across three courses (AI, Software Engineering and HCI), so slots fill up fast. Each presentation is 20 minutes, one slot per group, and a slot taken for any course disappears for everyone the moment it is booked. Wednesday and Thursday slots are on campus in Masri 320; Friday, Saturday and Sunday slots are online on MS Teams.
Online (MS Teams) slots: make sure your connection is good and your camera is switched on, otherwise the presentation will not be considered.
Ten-minute slots are for AI (COMP338) discussions only. When an AI group books a slot it takes 10 minutes and the other 10 minutes opens as a second AI-only slot. COMP332 and COMP433 groups present in the full 20-minute slots. For the Saturday evening and Sunday blocks, the 10-minute (AI) and 20-minute (Software Engineering and HCI) slots are listed separately, so book the one that matches your course.
