From interviews to personas:
the move that turns six conversations into two people.

A persona is not a character you invent. It is the centroid of a cluster of real users, told as a story. This walkthrough is the methodology made operational. Read six interviews, code what you hear, lift behavioural variables, score the participants, cluster them, and read each centroid as a person. Roughly one hour, end to end. Pick a project and begin.
